We exist to multiply believers and ministries that reveal that the Father loves us just as he loves his Son. We want to come alongside believers, pastors, ministry leaders, and churches so that they may taste and see God’s goodness, equip them for ministry, inspire them to remain in ministry, and help them discover how they may spread His Goodness. We do this by creating warm, home-like environments where people may experience the love of God in community as they are stretched while exploring God’s story in the Bible, the Church’s history, and pastoral ministry.
Intensives – We provide three to five-day retreat-like events with focused study embedded fellowship. The intensives’ topics include relational faith, discipleship-making, and the Reformation, among others. In each of the various kinds of intensives that we host, we enjoy time exposing our hearts to God’s heart in his Word; we wrestle with the biggest names and most essential questions in Church history; and lastly, we consider the implications of our studies have in our relationship with Christ and serving others.
One Day Events: We provide “tasters” where we offer seminar-type events shaped by a focused discussion concerning a particular book of the Bible. These discussions are not limited to the Bible but include questions the Bible presses us to ask regarding life and ministry: What is prayer? Why are we still drawn to sin? How do I cling to Christ and give thanks in all circumstances? How do we winsomely encourage people to love Christ freely?
Cohorts – We are currently partnering with Elementum, a young adult ministry, to equip young adult pastors to grow in their walk with Christ, multiply believers after God’s own heart, and create ministries that reflect God as Trinity. This Trinitarian Leadership Cohort meets bi-annually, with each week centering upon how to keep in step with the Spirit and to offer ministry aligned with God’s character and our purposes.
Online Content – We offer online videos, courses, and other kinds of content to draw others to be captured by the glorious love of the Trinity.
Mentoring – We also practice long-term one-to-one mentoring. This has been through Bible-read-through partnerships, instruction in Bible handling, pastoral development, and pastoral care. We hope to host apprenticeships and residencies in the coming months to get closer to Jesus’ model of spiritual formation, study, and ministry in the context of a mentored team.
